Tasks

-Oversees the contractor asset management activities for the assigned area. -Interface with Project Controls Manager and PMIS Manager on project coding. -Engages with owner and operations team to agree deliverables for handover and track deliverables for area of responsibility -Interface with digital engineering/BIM to ensure asset information requirements are captured within the BIM management plan and coordinate reviews. -Interface with Planning & Design team to ensure standard asset data model for contractors is applied across the assigned area. -Develops reporting material using the various tools available (PowerBI dashboard, BIM models, construction documentation, construction programs, etc.) that supports program-wide management level reporting of handover documentation status. -Ensures that correct handover requirements are identified up front and placed into contractor requirements and contracts. -Define the asset hierarchy and drive asset standards across the assigned area. Establish the asset management Program wide hierarchy and ensure consistency across the program. -Ensures early planning and execution for asset handover from contractors. Review, provide input, monitor progress and provide oversight of the contractor’s completion and handover management plan. Ensure the contractor’s handover documentation programs meet contract requirements and project targets, and are consistent across the program. -Guides contractor technical documents as required for completions, asset/data management to support startup, maintenance, operation, and testing. Engages with contractor construction and commissioning teams to focus on work areas to support the completions effort, this includes driving turnover and punch list meetings.

What You Bring

-Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience -Skill in working and communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with other project functional groups. Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members. -Experience/understanding of construction processes and concepts supervision and the handover of projects -Computer literate in MS Office and database applications as well as BIM environments required. -Experience of the general tools/deliverables associated with successful project commissioning and handover activities -Experience with asset data management, associated standards and classifications for large infrastructure projects. -Demonstrated experience and ability to lead in project handover and completions processes and procedures for major infrastructure or aviation projects.
