Minimum qualifications are a B.S. in an engineering discipline, at least four years of electrical engineering experience and six years in an engineering or design role. Desired experience includes requirements management, nuclear licensing, and hands‑on use of IBM Rational DOORS/ELM and Siemens Teamcenter. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential.
The position is remote and requires legal authorization to work in Canada or the United States, depending on the location, and may involve access to U.S. export‑controlled information. Background checks and, where applicable, drug screening are required. Preference will be given to Indigenous candidates for Canadian‑based roles.
Compensation ranges from $110 K‑$160 K CAD for Canada and $120 K‑$207 K USD for the U.S., with eligibility for annual bonuses and geographic differentials. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, tuition assistance, paid parental leave, and other wellness programs.
