  • Assist with the Vehicle Finance Procurement/Disposal process.
  • Assist with Financial Service report compilation for distribution.
  • Keep records of materials filed or removed from storage sites.
  • Manage documents including receipt, scanning and adding new documents to records received from departments and employees.
  • The employee is regularly required to walk and sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl (for purposes of filling photocopier/printers).
  • The employee may regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
  • Scan or read incoming Accounting Documents (ACCO & Sunbelt) and
  • Find and retrieve information from files in response to requests from authorized users.
  • Use computers to enter, access or retrieve data including document scanner
  • Assist with the Fixed Asset documentation and storage.
  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
  • Assist with Payroll record scanning and storage.
  • Modify and improve filing systems or implement new filing systems.
  • CFA related documents in order to determine how and where they should be classified or filed.
  • Enter paperwork into an electronic system either by data entry or by using optical scanners.

  • Proficiency with MS Windows, including MS Word and MS Excel (e.g. can accurately complete sum functions and calculations using Excel formulas)
  • Teamwork: The ability to effectively work toward common goals with others by supporting, encouraging, and sharing information in an authentic and approachable manner.
  • Experience with document imaging administration (a.k.a. “paperless” invoice system) preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Occasionally required to reach above shoulder height to access storage cabinets and mail cubicles.
  • Regular and Routine attendance.
