Prepare and present reports, proposals, briefing notes, and design documentation

Deliver high-quality advice as part of multi-disciplinary teams on projects such as district / decentralized / distributed energy projects, local generation like renewables, EfW, biofuels, microgrids as well as EV charging / fleet electrification
Learn and apply new processes and applications, supported by guided training through the company's graduate learning program
Meeting deadlines throughout Performance Development Cycle for self, including seeking good quality feedback goal setting, providing input into engagement/ project reviews

Ability to understand clients' needs and translate that into a scope. Deliver timely and quality outputs. Communicating risk and issue early to appropriate colleagues
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, both in writing and verbally
Being able to step back, see the bigger picture and ability to translate datasets and models into a value-add analysis; and
Practiced at communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner
Demonstrate strong analytical skills, including spreadsheet modelling and other tools, to solve complex problems in consultancy or client environments
Well-rounded, with interests across all aspects of professional consulting including data analysis, report writing and presentation, project management and business development and be able to evidence the relevant experience and capabilities
Progressing to specialize and contribute to a practice area - developing and maintaining industry knowledge and demonstrating sound knowledge of economic, political and market trends
ACA/CIMA/CFA/IACCM/CMI/MEI or equivalent membership (optional)
Strong report writing and communication skills including:
ability to confidently explain complex analysis to non-specialists via reporting and presentations
Having exceptional commercial acumen with a familiarity of key issues and approaches to quantitative and qualitative data analysis
Good team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues in other disciplines and with different cultures and across time zones
Confident in exhibiting role model behavior in line with our values
Professional experience spanning across 7 to 12 years
Expert user of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook & PowerPoint
Strong data analytical skills e.g., data manipulation/analysis, basic statistics and econometrics using a range of software packages (MS Excel, Stata, SPSS, R) including an ability to analyse and draw insight from the data
ability to back up opinions with well-constructed, evidenced arguments; and
Knowledgeable of the investor sphere in relevant jurisdictions
Degree in business administration or relevant field such as economics, law, finance, sciences, engineering. MBA/MSc/MA desirable
