The Senior Device Management Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise device management systems. This includes managing security baselines, compliance reporting, automation, and application packaging across multiple platforms via JAMF and Intune MDM. The role demands strong technical expertise, problem‑solving abilities, and effective cross‑team collaboration to ensure a secure and seamless end‑user experience.
In this position you will create cross‑platform application packages, enforce CIS‑based security baselines, and integrate advanced automation using Azure Runbooks, MS Graph API, and scripting languages. You will also oversee device migrations from on‑premises to cloud, provide technical leadership to the team, and work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and management to deliver tailored solutions.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and possess 5–7 years of hands‑on experience with MDM tools such as Intune and Jamf. Required expertise includes Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, PowerShell, MS Graph, Azure Automation, and application packaging, along with strong communication, collaboration, and cross‑functional leadership skills.
Additional desirable skills include automation scripting with PowerShell and Bash, a deep understanding of device security best practices, the ability to work independently and in Agile environments, and familiarity with technologies like MS Defender, Security Copilot, AWS, and Windows 365 virtual machines.
