What you would be doing

  • Visit vacant properties on a regular basis to ensure safe and in good condition, book any garden tidies or cleans etc.
  • Undertake appropriate training on PCI DSS at induction and then ongoing as required / stated by the business.
  • Check through solicitor’s legal reports including, searches, plans, section agreements, building regulations etc., for presenting to Sales director for sign off. Manage corporate agents on re-sale houses for updates and negotiate accordingly.
  • To manage solicitors with legal conveyance to purchase PX houses.
  • Vacation reporting, check properties and take meter readings etc. ensure keys are passed onto agents.
  • Reporting to Sales Director, PX managers and site staff on progress of PX house purchase.
  • Arrange any remedial works needed on unsold properties, or any enhancement required to sell them and maintain them.
  • Processing of credit and debit card transactions or use of card data in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
  • Update internal computer systems.
