The Analyst will develop and maintain financial models, analyse property data using tools such as MS Power BI and Excel, and test new models or reports to secure sign‑off. They will prepare supporting documentation, present analytics reports to a diverse client base, and ensure all client deliverables are of flawless quality. Collaboration with other network teams and support for the EMEA Cross‑Border V&A team through data collection and automation are also key duties.
Candidates should possess strong financial modelling skills in Excel and be highly numerate, with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, or a related quantitative discipline. Two to three years of relevant experience and some knowledge or interest in analytical software like Power BI are required. Excellent written communication, the ability to interact with individuals at all levels, and fluency in English are essential; additional European languages are a plus.
