As the Clinical Services Coordinator you will lead and inspire a dedicated clinical team to deliver high‑quality, resident‑focused care. The role is pivotal in ensuring residents receive person‑centred, tailored support that enhances their wellbeing and quality of life.
- Lead, supervise, and develop a multidisciplinary clinical team, including Registered and Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers
- Oversee the creation, review, and monitoring of individual care plans, ensuring care is person‑centred and responsive to resident needs
- Build strong relationships with residents and families engaging them in care and service delivery
- Mentor and coach clinical staff, supporting their ongoing development
- Take charge of the care centre in the absence of the Residence and Clinical Manager, providing direction and oversight
- Support clinical assessments for admissions and ongoing care, and coordinate with General Practitioners and Allied Health Providers
- Identify and lead quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with legislative and clinical standards
- Contribute to staff orientation, training, and performance recognition
- Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing for residents, staff, and visitors
Requirements

You bring experience working in a clinical environment and a strong understanding of the aged‑care sector in Australia, demonstrated through successful leadership of clinical or health‑care teams. Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse, a genuine passion for working with older people, strong communication, organisational and time‑management skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
