Perform basic and advanced repairs and troubleshooting on pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Rebuilds and repairs somewhat complicated machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoots machine and equipment malfunctions and makes mechanical adjustments or repairs to correct issues.

Must show intermediate proficiency in applied mathematics, especially algebra and geometry
Must have the ability to interpret and work from documents, blueprints, and schematics (both hydraulic and Pneumatic)
Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild compressors, pumps, valves, actuators, and cylinders preferred
Ability to use scales, squares, calipers, indicators, Jo blocks, levels, verniers, parallels preferred
5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or similar role required
Ability to safely operate a lift truck, aerial lift and articulating lift, pallets jack and other lifting and rigging equipment required
Communication: Convey information and ideas clearly and concisely to individuals or groups in an engaging manner that helps them understand and retain the message; listen actively to others.
Technical and professional competence in rebuilding or overhauling of machines and troublesome machine components
Ability to work from machine design drawings, specifications and handbook formulas preferred
Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment is preferred
Basic computer skills required
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and complete an audiogram test
Ability to flame cut and weld in a variety of metals, and fabricate components using those same metals is preferred
Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild conveyors, exhaust fans, blowers and overhead cranes preferred
Ability to pass internal forklift and hazmat training if applicable
