Transaction Matching & Verification: Reconcile financial data between internal systems and external sources (e.g., customer portals, bank statements, vendor reports).
As a Receivables Trainee, you’ll support the finance team in ensuring that transactions are accurately recorded, matched, and resolved. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to dive into the world of financial operations.
Discrepancy Investigation: Identify mismatches, investigate root causes, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with invoicing, credit control, and operations teams to ensure timely
System Updates: Update reconciliation status in ERP systems (e.g., Navision) and ensure data
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain reconciliation logs, prepare summary reports, and ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance.

Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in reconciliation, invoicing, or finance-related roles.
