Contribute to a diverse portfolio of luxury, commercial, and residential developments.
Attend site meeting and record minutes of meeting
Prepare and submit tender
Manage tender administration
Stay up to date with the latest cost management, procurement, and contract administration practices within the built environment.
Prepare quotations, cost estimates and bills of quantities
Source & Procure required material and negotiate with suppliers & sub-contractors
Prepare/ verification/ upkeep of project variation work and site instructions
Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
Preparation of monthly progress claims to customer

Degree/Diploma in relevant field of study
Preferably with 1 year relevant working experience
Basic AutoCAD skills
Proficient in MS Office skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize tasks
