You will have experience of working to set processes and procedures and contribute to a collaborative working approach across a range of departments.
An experienced individual with strong Excel skills to analyse, manipulate and reconcile large, complex datasets with confidence.
Strong attention to detail is vital and you must be able to work across delivering multiple tasks at the same time.
You will need to be an excellent communicator who can build strong stakeholder relationships with the ability to agree prioritisation of your work to meet key deadlines.
Capable of quickly learning a range of housing systems and can easily pick up processes to undertake this role.
