- Administration of pension scheme including remitting monthly payments, reconciliation of contributions, leavers options, processing new entrants
- Processing month end journals
- Managing payroll aspects of starters and leavers
- Dealing with staff payroll queries
- Working closely with our HR teams
- Processing all aspects of monthly payroll
- Filing of payroll related paperwork

- Be familiar with PAYE Modernisation
- Minimum 3 or more years experience in the payroll function
- Be familiar with ROS
- An IPASS qualification would be desirable
- Have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Can work to tight deadlines under pressure
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills
- Demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality
- Have a good understanding of the Irish PAYE and Social Welfare systems
- Be fluent in English
- Have strong numerical skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Administration of health insurance payments
