Prepare service documentation, reports, and material lists, ensuring all service activities meet ABB quality and safety standards.
Coach and guide Associate Technicians and Associate Engineers; support training for colleagues and customers when needed.
Collaborate with customers on-site to identify operational improvement opportunities and communicate them to the ABB account team.

3+ years of experience in field service, switchgear maintenance, power distribution equipment, or industrial electrical systems
Ability to work safely, apply risk assessment, and follow established safety and environmental procedures

Mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
Strong technical knowledge of LV/MV switchgear, diagnostics, testing tools, and field service practices
Electrical engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience in power systems, electrical distribution, or related field
