Analyze the tender specification and design drawings accordingly, SAP & BOQ generation and order the materials which are needed for the electrical installation as per the approved material submittals.
Create and maintain families in Revit, to be able to work on Dynamo plugin for Revit programming.
To create and manage projects with REVIT software for detail design of layouts, like trunking, panel positioning etc.
Based on the project requirement, create detailed design layouts, wiring diagrams using ePLAN with pre-defined templates complying to the industrial practices and international standards such as EN, BS, DEWA, SASO, etc.
Based on mechanical layout and drive list, create single line diagrams, Electrical power calculations & dimensioning of system to ensure that rules of voltage drop, short circuit current and selectivity are fulﬁlled.
Create reports, sheets and schedules in Revit for the purpose of material ordering. Create purchase requisitions within SAP, ordering all the required Electrical material considering existing stock for the site Installation as per the approved material submittals.
Work closely and coordinate across various departments like Mechanical, PLC Commissioning & Software teams, Installation teams, Procurement teams and logistics teams.
Manage and ensure that all project quality procedures applicable for design are followed. This enables all aspects of the project to be achieved towards meeting design needs and ultimate customer satisfaction.
Based on the project requirements, analyze design and develop necessary project documentation such as Trunking, Cable routing layouts, Cable schedules, Material submittals, Functional Design Specs, Detailed Design Specs together with Operation and Maintenance, Training manuals related to electrical, controls and general project requirement.
Responsible for follow occupational health, safety, security, environment and quality as stipulated in the Project HSSE Plan and project Quality Plan respectively.

Hand on experience of REVIT, CANECO BT, Autocad, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word, Power point. Knowledge of Eplan P8 would be an added advantage.
PLC knowledge would be an advantage.
Minimum 4 to 5 years of professional experience in electrical design and installation practices in the Logistics automation domain, specifically in Baggage Handling or Cargo Handling Systems.
Prior knowledge of trunking & cable layout design with clear installation practices.
Effective interpersonal skills, ability to engage internal & external stakeholders, and good to have worked in multicultural environment.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
