The incumbent will manage relationships with distributor partners, proactively monitor project orders, and ensure customer satisfaction while supporting sales, engineering, and production teams.
The position is for an experienced Customer Service professional who works independently to resolve complex inquiries, maintain databases, and recommend process improvements. The role can be based in Charlotte, NC; Syracuse, NY; or Indianapolis, IN.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of customer service experience in construction, and one year of continuous‑improvement experience. Preferred credentials include a bachelor’s degree, HVAC or light‑commercial experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, and proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office.
