Independently and as a member of a design team, interpret and coordinate topographical date to plan and execute civil design deliverables.
Building entryways (ramps, stairways)
Provide support to other designers and project team members throughout all engineering and design business units in order to ensure a complete and timely design.
Participate in the coordination of detailed design phases for all aspects of an integrated 2D/3D civil design model, which may include the following:
Switchyard grading and drainage
Challenging assignments that include all phases of civil grading design, including roads, ditches, drainage ponds, finish surfacing plans, and permanent fencing plans, as well as investigating, trouble-shooting, and solving a wide variety of civil design issues.

Previous relevant experience considered.
Associates Degree in Computer Aided Design Technology preferred.
Proficiency with design software tools in executing 3D plant layout models.
Ability to interface with engineering and design teams of other disciplines in the power plant design process.
Experience in the review of civil layout drawings for all phases of grading, regrading, and final grading.
CAD certificate required in non-degreed.
