

Provides data‑driven M&E maintenance and smart building optimisation for commercial facilities.
Purpose: To carry out PPM, reactive and breakdown works to all electrical and mechanical systems within the site. Engineers must be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge of air conditioning, UPS, generators, LV systems, which includes the ability to fault‑find using graphical information and current alarm data. They also operate and manage all engineering assets to support the business without unplanned disruptions in a cost‑effective manner, manage reactive work processes, and develop tools to report on asset and building performance with improvement recommendations.
Education and Training: Candidates should be formally trained in City and Guilds Electrical Installations or the equivalent NVQ and Building Services maintenance, and hold the 18th Edition BS7671 City and Guilds qualification.
