Support Field Service Engineer (FSE) visits for repair and preventive maintenance of the M2 printer.
Follow all EHS procedures for metallic powders, inert gas systems, housekeeping, and PPE.
Manage metal powder lifecycle: loading, sieving, handling, labeling, and storage per procedures.
Build Preparation and Continuous Improvement
Assist with spare parts tracking and readiness to minimize downtime.
Shift or off-hours support may be required for critical builds or maintenance windows.
Maintain and update EHS metrics and track closure of lab-related actions.
Keep documentation up to date and support periodic reviews with the lab team.
Operate the Concept Laser M2 metal 3D printer: machine setup, print execution, platform unloading, and post-print workflows.
Maintain accurate logs: lab entry register, inventory tracker, print checklists, build records, and platform movement.
Communicate lab needs with Site Facilities, EHS, and ERT; escalate issues promptly.
Coordinate calibration and upkeep of critical-to-EHS equipment with approved vendors.
Assist in build data preparation and job setup under guidance from the Lab Manager/Lead.
Execute routine checks, cleaning, and auxiliary equipment use in line with work instructions.
Contribute to standard work updates and process improvements to enhance SQDC outcomes.

Ability to lift and handle powder containers and build plates as per safe handling guidelines.
Must have manufacturing shop floor experience, preferably on metal 3d priniting
Experience with polymer 3D printers (FDM/SLA/SLS) and basic post-processing workflows.
Hands-on lab environment with exposure to metallic powders and inert gases; strict PPE and EHS compliance required.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in a manufacturing environment; prior exposure to additive manufacturing is a plus.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for logs, reports, and trackers
2+ years operating industrial metal 3D printers (e.g., Concept Laser, EOS, SLM Solutions, Renishaw).
