Develop design documents for façade, roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems
Perform façade and roof investigations, condition assessments, leak investigations, and field inspections
Stay current with NYC regulations including FISP (Local Law 11) and other building code requirements
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to deliver practical and innovative solutions
Prepare detailed reports, technical drawings, and repair or replacement recommendations
Provide construction administration services including shop drawing review, submittals, RFIs, and site observations
Professional licenses such as RA, PE, or QEWI are a plus but not required, and support will be provided toward licensure
Strong technical writing, detailing, and communication skills
Minimum of three years of experience in building envelope consulting, façade restoration, roofing, or related practice
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture or Engineering
Knowledge of NYC façade rules including FISP or Local Law 11 is highly desirable
