As an Assembler you will assemble all heater unit product codes and fabricate necessary components per work order, blueprint, and engineering specification, making a direct impact on product quality and delivery.
- Layout electrical diagrams according to wiring specifications.
- Drill and tap mounting holes for control units.
- Attach breakers, relays, connectors, bus bars, transformers, and insulators.
- Perform hydro testing per specification.
- Install and wire thermostats and optional components.
- Fabricate bussing and solder connections.
- Test and adjust electrical components.
- Discuss diagram or production order errors with supervision or engineering.

We look for candidates with one to three months of related experience or training, preferably certified in ASME brazing procedures (BPS‑B1 to BPS‑B5) and holding a high school diploma or GED.
The role requires regular standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 10 lb (occasionally 25 lb), with visual acuity for close, distance, color, and depth perception. Employees may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, electrical shock risk, and high noise levels.
