  • An HR generalist plays a versatile role in managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They serve as a strategic partner to both management and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring that HR policies and practices align with organizational goals.
  • An HR Generalist is responsible for the broad administration of HR functions, supporting business operations and employee success. They blend both administrative and strategic responsibilities, taking charge of staffing, onboarding, benefits administration, policy compliance, employee relations, and data management.
  • Communication Liaison: Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
  • HR Generalist reports to the COO working with the Operations team in implement strategic resources, policies, and procedures for employees.
  • Daily Operations: Assisting with day-to-day HR functions and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
  • Record Maintenance: Compiling and updating employee records in both hard and soft formats.
  • Job Posting: Assisting in posting job advertisements and managing candidate communication.
  • HR Projects: Coordinating HR initiatives, such as training sessions, surveys, reviews and meetings, while taking minutes as needed.
  • Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
  • Benefits & Compensation: Administer employee benefits and pay programs, run payroll, and advise on future incentives and benefit changes.
  • New Hire Integration: Organizing and facilitating onboarding programs to help new employees acclimatize to the organization.
