The position serves as the on‑site project leader, managing the overall delivery of assigned projects and ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
- Oversee project execution from planning through completion, delegating tasks and managing subcontractors.
- Coordinate communication with customers throughout all project phases.
- Work with the sales team to select, re‑select, and order HVAC equipment based on customer requirements.
- Place equipment orders after design approval and follow up on change orders and consultant comments.
- Liaise with factories, forwarders, customers, and subcontractors to ensure timely equipment delivery.
- Resolve technical issues on site and perform detailed site measurements.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including certifications, drawings, and financial records.
- Forecast revenue and billing, monitor contractor compliance, and report non‑compliance to management.
- Work under Johnson Controls’ Zero Harm safety policy.
