• Drive business development by leveraging professional networks, preparing compelling tenders and proposals, and collaborating with colleagues from diverse disciplines on cross-functional projects.
• Lead and oversee multidisciplinary economics projects in areas such as housing, infrastructure, health, education, and human services, ensuring evidence-based outcomes for government and private clients.
• Guide project teams through the full lifecycle, scoping, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and compliance while nurturing talent with effective mentoring and coaching.
• Develop and communicate innovative policy recommendations, ensuring clarity for clients and stakeholders via high-quality reports and presentations.
• Apply advanced economic analysis and policy evaluation techniques, including cost-benefit, cost-effectiveness, and multicriteria assessments, to inform decision-making and deliver robust business cases.
• Promote best practices in commercial project management, financial oversight, and strategic integration of policy economics within the broader consulting offering.

• Proven leadership and mentoring ability, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
