As a Work Control Specialist, you will act as the vital link between clients and service delivery teams, managing the full lifecycle of maintenance requests from initial contact through resolution using CMMS platforms like Corrigo and government systems while taking personal ownership of client satisfaction.
Your day‑to‑day duties include receiving and processing service calls with initial troubleshooting, dispatching work orders to technicians and subcontractors, updating CMMS with accurate details, maintaining ongoing client communication, coordinating activities to achieve service goals, updating contract databases, and managing invoice processing workflows for timely vendor payments.
Required qualifications are a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of customer‑service experience, proven experience with work‑management systems, strong multitasking and coordination abilities in fast‑paced environments, and proficiency with standard office equipment and software.
Preferred qualifications include prior experience in facilities or property management, knowledge of additional CMMS platforms beyond Corrigo, and experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors.
