Enforce operational and mission-assurance standards for SAP programs, validating access, maintaining personnel security records, and managing adverse information files
Develop, plan, and oversee SAP/SAR security requirements across personnel, operations, AIS, industrial, information, physical, and communications security disciplines
Interpret and apply DoD and federal security principles to resolve complex security challenges
Serve as the SAP security subject-matter expert and advisor to senior leadership on policy, management, and program implementation
Develop and execute comprehensive security plans that address all functional areas, including physical, information, personnel, and IT security
Review Fixed Facility Checklists and conduct self-inspections to ensure compliance
Advise on policy implementation and procedural improvements for organization-wide security programs
Ensure physical security standards for facility construction, modification, and protection at collateral, SCI, and SAP levels, both domestic and international
Establish controls, milestones, and incident-tracking mechanisms to detect and resolve security issues early
Prepare co-utilization agreements and facility Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with multi-level security guidelines
Manage security for SAPFs and SCIFs during construction, renovation, and modification phases
Identify and formalize risk-mitigation measures and develop responses to emerging threats

Proven leadership supporting senior-level decision-making and managing cross-functional security initiatives
Experience with facility security management, including SAPF/SCIF construction and compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design and execute complex security programs
Professional certifications such as CISSP, SAPPC, or equivalent
Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergencies.
Bachelor’s degree

Minimum 6 years of experience in security, including 4 years in SAP/SAR or SCI management
Prior experience supporting military or other national-security organizations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting SOPs and policy documents
Experience conducting security inspections, audits, and risk assessments in multi-level classified environments
Comprehensive knowledge of DoD SAP policy and security disciplines (personnel, operations, AIS, industrial, information, physical, communications)
Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Information Assurance, or a related field
Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
