Coordinate activities in project execution phase together with organization
Actively contribute to project-, portfolio-, and fleet planning
Communicate proactively with key stakeholders regarding challenges in project and portfolio planning and execution, identify risk and necessary mitigations.
Monitor, analyze and report key planning and forecasting data
Contribute to develop, implement and maintain work processes and procedures for planning group to secure alignment with the company’s processes, procedures and client requirements.
Take lead on improvement and driving of new processes
Build good relations and cooperation with internal departments and stakeholder to coordinate planning and secure a common understating work execution and processes.
Structure input to asset fleet planning
Develop system for verification of the compliances the Installation projects are facing.
Create and maintain system and structure in planning system.
Contribute to continuous development of planning tool and alignment with ERP system
Develop and maintain schedules in all project phases including resource planning, change management etc.
