The job of HR Technology senior Analyst is to lead the implementation, Enhancements, Support & Optimization of Workday HCM.
This role will closely partner with all internal COEs [HR, L & D, TA, Finance & Payroll, Compensation & Benefits], IT, cross-functional teams, and external vendors - to align with the company’s overall strategic goals, delivery of roadmap - while enhancing the employee experience, to meet the business requirements.

- Creation of Absence plans, calendars, time offs, and accruals.
- Provide subject matter expertise on HR systems and participate in enhancement design and scoping especially through the initial implementation phase
- Regularly evaluate current state of systems to identify and recommend process improvements, system enhancements, and/or new applications to support business strategies and operational needs
- Creation of compensation setup, packages, plans, grades, and grade profiles and compensation management.
- Ensuring the integrity of HR Systems, primarily but not limited to Workday are efficiently utilized, maintained and available throughout Enphase Energy
- Core responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, reporting, design, configuration and testing to implement solutions to drive adoption and ease of use
- Develop and articulate solution options that consider Enphase's technical landscape as well as incorporate user experience, scalability, security and best practices
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and drive the planning, development, testing, and implementation of the Workday HCM system

This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.
- Workday HCM
- Expertise of data loads thru EIBs and issues resolutions.
- Experience with agile methodologies & product management tools [e.g., Jira].
- Good understanding and expertise of Job architecture,
- Ability to work both independently & as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in facing the clients, requirement gatherings, Effort estimates, solutioning, impact assessment, quality delivery with very minimal overview.
- Expertise with Workday dashboards, reports, Calculated fields, Security, Custom objects/fields etc.,
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross functional teams.
- Experience with Workday integration experience [CCW, studio, PECI, PICOFF] is preferable.
- A self-starter with proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues & strong problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of 5+ years of Workday experience with a strong hands-on expertise of implementation and management on Core HR, Compensation and Absence is must, Benefits experience is beneficial.
