- Support the registration of street work permits.
- Maintain trackers, schedules, and accurate project reports.
- Lead weekly calls with sub-contractors and management teams.
- Create and maintain site files (electronic and physical).
- Assist with the programming of works for contractors.
- Manage sub-contractors to ensure timely submission of waste documentation.
- Monitor programmes throughout the Civils process and implement waste management protocols.
- Carry out line searches and navigate Cadent Section 58s and main oil lines.
- Manage Waste Management Protocol on Street Manager throughout project lifecycles.
- Liaise with Local Authorities, clients, and project teams.
- Oversee workflow to ensure client SLAs are met.
