In this position you will work closely with internal stakeholders, delivery teams and clients to produce constructable, competitive and well‑planned outcomes. You will contribute to risk identification, client engagement and the creation of value‑driven project solutions while supporting the handover from pre‑contract to execution.
- Provide constructability and delivery input for bids, tenders and early contractor involvement opportunities.
- Develop construction strategies, schedules and early works packages.
- Assist with procurement planning, scope development and tender evaluations.
- Support the transition from pre‑contract to delivery phases.
- Engage with clients, identify project risks and propose value‑driven solutions.

The ideal candidate is a commercially aware engineer with strong delivery insight, technical capability and practical judgement. You should have a background in project development, construction or delivery within power or linear infrastructure, a solid understanding of estimating, cost planning and constructability, and the ability to interpret technical documentation, contracts and schedules. Demonstrated stakeholder engagement, communication skills, and a safety‑focused, analytical, outcomes‑driven approach are essential.
