- Réconcilier les comptes à recevoir;
- Suivre les demandes d'augmentations des marges en collaboration avec le supérieur immédiat, et approuver, après analyse, les commandes qui dépassent la limite du client;
- Autoriser les commandes reçues en inventaire et prêtes à être livrées aux clients;
- Prendre les actions nécessaires afin de régler certains dossiers litigieux
- Produire divers rapports de crédit et recouvrement (analyser, justifier & expliquer);
