

Full‑service EPCM contractor delivering engineering, procurement, project and construction management to the energy sector.
The role is responsible for maintaining project cost‑to‑complete budgets in line with the as‑sold position and coordinating with budget holders. It supports forecast estimation, verifies actual costs including material, labor, supplier invoices, and travel expenses, and aligns with the project team and schedule to capture cost risks. The incumbent checks and controls cost movements, compares them with scope, progress, and previous forecasts, and validates productivity factors and cost estimate accuracy.
The job requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline (preferred) or equivalent experience, 10+ years of industry cost‑control experience, and at least 5 years in onshore or offshore cost control. Candidates must have an excellent understanding of earned value management, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, deep project‑finance knowledge, and expertise with ERP systems such as NetSuite and performance software like EcoSys.
