Throughout the day, you will handle various administrative tasks, which include updating and maintaining access control software, actioning vendor work orders administratively, ensuring completion of work.

Valid California Driver's License or equivalent with ability to travel between client properties
Experience with work order management systems and technical documentation
Strong electronic communication skills for coordinating with team members, managers, JLL employees, vendors, and clients
Ability to work effectively in both structured and unstructured environments as a self-starter with strict attention to detail
