Working with technical specialists to complete responses to technical questions
Liaising with resource managers and project managers to identify resources
Providing the contact and facilitating communication between the client’s procurement team and our bid team
Managing a range of procurement portals to facilitate access to client invitation for proposal documents
Managing the development of bid documents, including elements of writing and development of responses based on existing collateral
Ensuring bid submissions are compliant, customer focused, easy to evaluate and delivered within deadlines set
Working with the graphic designers to develop graphics, presentations, and documents
Proofreading/editing/formatting bid documents and CVs
Working with commercial managers and the legal team to complete commercial and contractual submissions
Arranging and facilitating, “go / no-go” calls, kick-off calls and progress calls with the bid team
