Identify and prioritize digital tool needs based on dealer feedback, market trends, competitive analysis, and internal stakeholder input (sales, marketing, IT).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and create a roadmap for the development, implementation, and enhancement of digital tools, ensuring scalability, user-friendliness, and measurable impact.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital tool usage and impact on dealer performance (e.g., sales conversion, efficiency gains, customer satisfaction).
Act as the primary liaison between dealers and internal teams (IT, sales, marketing) regarding digital tool needs and performance.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in digital tools for dealer networks, recommending innovative solutions.
Collaborate closely with IT in the planning, budgeting, and execution of digital tool initiatives, ensuring alignment with IT's project methodologies, including the stage-gate process where applicable.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, IT, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of digital tool initiatives.
Serve as the business owner for the Customer Master data domain, driving initiatives to consolidate, cleanse, and enrich customer records.
Work with data stewards to monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure the reliability of information displayed and processed by digital tools.
Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and incorporating user feedback for continuous improvement of digital tools.
Establish and manage a clear support structure for dealer inquiries and issues related to digital tools, ensuring timely resolution.
Manage overall budget allocation for digital tool development, licensing, and support.
Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for optimizing digital tool functionalities.
Oversee the data management lifecycle for the Customer Master and Product related data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, standardization, and timely updates across all integrated systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, eTools).
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital tools strategy aligning with overall business objectives and sales goals.
Champion digital transformation initiatives within the dealer network, fostering a culture of technology adoption and innovation.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance and adoption of digital tools, identifying areas for improvement and demonstrating ROI.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for digital tools initiatives.
Communicate effectively with dealers regarding new features, updates, best practices, and the value proposition of digital tools.
Establish and maintain policies and procedures for the governance, quality, and integrity of critical data assets that feed the digital tools

Proven experience leading, mentoring, and managing a team, including both direct reports and cross-functional project teams.
Strong cross-collaboration across all levels within the organization as well as with our external clients.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, digital strategy, or IT business analysis, with a focus on customer-facing or B2B digital tools and platforms.
