• Proven experience with masonry and framing subcontractors for high-volume developments.
• Proven experience managing large-scale residential projects (single-family, duplex, or similar developments) with production-home builders.
• You excel at coordinating site operations, from site prep to final inspections, ensuring quality standards and safety compliance throughout.
• You thrive in hands-on leadership, overseeing all field operations on a ground-up residential build-to-rent community project.
• Strong focus on quality assurance, timeline management, and maintaining site safety.
• You have experience with production builders and are skilled in managing subcontractors to include framing and masonry.
• Effective communicator with the ability to work closely with the Project Manager and provide consistent progress updates.
