Ideal candidates bring at least seven years of progressive property management experience, including three years leading multi‑site luxury rental operations in NYC, and a proven record managing Class A portfolios of five or more assets. Strong financial acumen, collaborative leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property‑management software are essential.
The position is full‑time and exempt, requiring travel among the assigned properties and availability for after‑hours emergencies. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs is expected.
The portfolio comprises premier luxury high‑rise rentals located in Manhattan’s most dynamic neighborhoods, including One Hudson Yards, Abington House, MiMA, The Westport, and The Lyric. These assets combine iconic architecture, waterfront and design‑forward features, and resort‑style amenities, requiring cohesive operational leadership and brand stewardship.
Compensation includes a base salary of $180,000 – $210,000 plus discretionary bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
