- Préparer les modèles des offres de services.
- Prendre en charge les communications avec les clients pendant la période de préparation des offres de service.
- Préparer un plan d’offre détaillé incorporant toutes les exigences relevées dans les documents d’appel d’offres.
- Organiser et animer les réunions de démarrage, de coordination et de suivi.
- Prendre en charge l’obtention et rassembler divers documents administratifs (résolutions de signature, certificats, accréditations, statistiques corporatives, entre autres) et veiller à ce que leur bon classement soit effectué.
- Assurer la compréhension et l’adhésion aux politiques, aux procédures, aux pratiques et aux protocoles de marketing de Stantec.
- Intégrer les commentaires, faire la correction du français du contenu reçu et assembler les divers éléments de l’offre (word, pdf) tout en respectant notre image de marque et les critères énoncés par les clients
- Analyser et comprendre les divers documents constituant les appels d’offres, les critères d’évaluation ainsi que les exigences.
- Coordonner les communications et effectuer le suivi auprès des collaborateurs responsables de produire le contenu de l’offre (méthodologie, équipe de projet, plan de travail, prix, entre autres) afin qu’elles soient claires et conformes.
- Établir les échéanciers de préparation des offres de services.
- Initier les post mortem interne ainsi qu’externe à la suite des résultats et préparer les comptes-rendus.
- Effectuer la vérification finale, le montage et l’impression des offres de service.
- Prendre les dispositions pour l’expédition aux clients et faire le suivi de la livraison des offres de services dans les délais exigés.

- Capacité à travailler efficacement plusieurs dossiers en parallèle à l’intérieur d’échéanciers serrés;
- Fournir un soutien aux activités de développement des affaires, y compris le maintien et l’utilisation des systèmes marketing de Stantec.
- DEC ou Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent (exemple; administration, secrétariat, marketing, communication, etc.) ou un cumul d’expériences pertinentes sur le marché du travail;
- Expérience minimale de 10 ans dans la préparation d’offres de services professionnels ou dans l’approvisionnement du secteur public;
- Expérience dans le secteur de l’ingénierie, un atout.

- Bonnes connaissances des logiciels courants, dont Adobe Acrobat et la suite MS Office, incluant une excellente maîtrise de MS Word (spécifiquement pour la gestion de longs documents ;

- Effectuer des recherches dans les diverses plateformes et outils Stantec en fonction des exigences contenues dans les documents d’appel d’offres.
