The Role

Overview

Oversee commercial roof replacement crews on healthcare/industrial projects in Akron.

Tasks

-Perform hands-on work as needed to support production goals -Supervise and coordinate roofing crews to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient work -Lead daily operations on roof replacement and service projects ($250K+ budgets) -Inspect job sites, review plans, and identify potential issues before they impact schedules -Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA requirements -Communicate progress and field conditions with project managers and clients

What You Bring

-Strong leadership, crew management, and communication skills -Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience (service or replacement) -Valid driver’s license and clean driving record -Proven experience on healthcare and industrial facilities -Knowledge of commercial roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Metal) -OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
