Support proposal development and contribute to winning new work through technical expertise.
Act as a technical reference for geotechnical design standards, seismic analysis, and soil dynamics.
Prepare high-quality technical reports and provide independent technical reviews.
Lead and execute complex geotechnical design tasks for major infrastructure projects across transportation, energy, and urban development sectors.
Perform advanced geotechnical analyses, including 2D and 3D numerical modeling using software such as PLAXIS, RS, and FLAC.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions.

Professional Engineering License in Ontario or Quebec, or eligibility within 6 months.
Minimum 5 years of relevant geotechnical experience, including major project delivery.
Proficiency in advanced geotechnical software (PLAXIS, RS, FLAC) and seismic design principles.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
Strong technical writing and communication skills, with proven ability to produce and review high-quality deliverables.
Willingness to travel for short-term assignments within Ontario and across Canada.
Master’s or PhD in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering with specialization in numerical modeling and soil dynamics.
