The successful candidate will undertake the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship, fully supported by an Apprenticeship Coach from HTP Apprenticeship College. Candidates without Level 1/2 Maths and English may need to complete Functional Skills. Training is delivered in the workplace with paid time to complete it.
Candidates must have 4 GCSEs or equivalent at grade A*–C (grades 4–9) including English and Math.
