  • Make business decisions that impact the overall performance of the business, including achieving agreed targets / KPIs, financial planning, budgeting, and managing costs within budget.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations where you are responsible for quarry development, storm water and environmental management, and preventative maintenance schedules
  • Bring a strong safety mindset and manage high risk activities and reduce risk exposure for self and others.
  • Lead and manage people while bringing your team along the journey to successfully achieve goals
