Tasks

-System Commissioning: Under the technical manager’s guidance, perform software start-up and commissioning of complete control systems under operational conditions and simulated seasonal changes. -Team Supervision: Supervise project team members to ensure efficient work within the project scope. -Dynamic Testing: Conduct dynamic testing of all installed hardware and software. -Quality Assurance: Ensure installed programs meet the project's sequence of operations and that all controllers function correctly. -Documentation: Maintain accurate checkout sheets and update as-built documentation for timely production of O&Ms. -Programming Adjustments: Make necessary programming corrections to account for field conditions, maintain field reports, and update as-built documentation. -User Interface Installation: Install, test, and field-verify a complete Graphical User Interface, providing end-user training on using web-based graphics to control the system. -Regulatory Compliance: Ensure uniform and proper installation of controls per company and National Electric Code standards and verify compliance with OSHA and company regulations. -Project Management: Oversee field start-up activities for construction projects, including field programming, system start-up, documentation, system acceptance, client training, and warranty calls.

-Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable vehicle. -Ability to work in large-scale construction sites, understanding personal safety, and adapting to changing job locations. -Punctual, organized, reliable, and self-motivated. -Basic knowledge of electronic circuits and electrical systems, with the ability to understand wiring diagrams and circuits. -Must pass a criminal background check and be subject to random drug screening. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, Word). -Experience in temperature control systems, HVAC systems, DDC controls, HVAC electronics, running conduit, and terminating wiring.
