Collaborate with crew, management company and maintenance to ensure exemplary, safe service. Work with Chief Pilot to determine appropriate courses of action to ensure safety of passengers and company property
Provide concierge service that extends beyond the operation of the aircraft to include as needed: culinary, ground transport, luggage movement, and other primary stakeholder needs
Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation pertaining to flights and travel. Travel includes but is not limited to International, Domestic, and Caribbean.
Assist with aircraft operations in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with the company schedule and in accordance with Federal, State and local regulations. Aircraft operates Part 91.
Communicate any changes necessary for the start, delay, or cancellation of assigned flights, and for the deviation of a flight from its planned route or destination when operating conditions dictate.
Study weather information in advance of flights to determine advisability of the flight

1,500 hours total flight time with Military experience will be considered.
Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness
2,500 hours total flight time with appropriate jet experience and Corporate Flight experience preferred. Type rated preferred in G650, G600, or G500.
International Flight Operations experience preferred
7+ years of Aviation related experience, with a minimum of two years in an on-demand flight environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Must have attention to detail and focused concentration
Confidentiality and Discretion required
Detailed knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, air traffic control procedures and aircraft systems
