Senior Fund Analyst

Description

As a Senior Fund Analyst you will support the Fund Manager in delivering strong outcomes by helping develop and execute the Fund’s investment strategy. You will gain deep knowledge of the Fund model, portfolio dynamics and key return drivers while building trusted relationships across the business.

• Assist Fund Manager in preparing and implementing the investment strategy.
• Collaborate with Asset, Development, Finance, Research and Capital Transactions teams.
• Administer and update the Fund Model, calculating asset and fund‑level returns.
• Perform portfolio and fund‑level attribution and contribution analysis.
• Analyze financial impact of acquisitions, divestments, capital projects and major lease transactions.
• Contribute to sustainability efforts and receive Parents@Work coaching for carers.

Requirements

The role requires tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance or Commerce and at least three years of relevant experience, preferably in property or finance. You must have advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities, strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with valuation software such as Argus, Cougar or Forbury is a plus. A collaborative, adaptable mindset with meticulous organisational skills is essential.

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Property, Finance or Commerce with 3+ years relevant experience.
• Demonstrate advanced financial modelling and analytical skills to generate insights from complex data.
• Exhibit strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Argus, Cougar or Forbury is advantageous.
• Maintain a collaborative, adaptable mindset with high attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
