Analyze and interpret environmental data using statistical, coding, and visualization tools including R and Python.
Develop and apply mathematical models, including preparing inputs, processing outputs, interpreting and presenting results, and communicating findings to technical and nontechnical audiences.
Assist with the preparation of technical documents, including sampling and analysis plans, remedial investigation and feasibility study reports, and data summaries.
Support internal software and data resource development by becoming proficient in existing scripting tools and contributing to the design and maintenance of new tools, processes, and code libraries.
May participate in field assignments for environmental sampling (soil, sediment, groundwater, and surface water), equipment calibration, and data collection; fieldwork may account for up to 25% of time and include travel.

Ability to travel for field projects (up to 25%, depending on location and project needs)
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
40-hour HAZWOPER certification (preferred; may be provided upon hire)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Exposure to in-water and upland remediation projects, including environmental sampling, data analysis, and feasibility studies; experience with contaminated sediments preferred
ArcGIS experience a plus
