-Coordinate and support project delivery and cross-functional initiatives -Leverage technology to achieve efficiencies across the team -Organise meetings, travel, and events with precision and care -Proactively plan and prioritise work to support the COO and Operations Leadership Team -Play a key role in enabling strategic delivery across Operations -Manage complex calendars, communications, and Board reporting
