Engage in the Construction Management community, mentor staff, and document lessons learned.
Promote and ensure adherence to company and client health and programs.
Oversee daytoday construction management to ensure compliance with design, budget, and schedule; enforce contractor compliance.
Review inspection reports, material test reports, RFIs, submittals, schedules, shop drawings, change orders, and pay applications for accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate activities across disciplines and resolve project issues promptly.

Technical expert in all relevant areas of planning, analysis, construction and systems management, and understanding of various project delivery methods.
Holds professional licensure or construction manager certification (CCM) or ability to obtain.
Highly effective in assembling and leading project teams.
Demonstrates technical skills identifying scope changes and risk management.
Degree in construction management or engineering (civil) or other related engineering field with a minimum of 1012 years of experience or technical school 2year degree/diploma in a related program with a minimum 1214 years of experience.
Experience working on large complex projects with construction value more than $500M (transit experience preferred).
Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience successfully executing technical aspects of a wide range of medium to complex projects, including Alternate Project Delivery (APD).
