The Global Lead, Supplier Performance Management, Contract Management, and Reporting drives excellence across JLL's supplier ecosystem for Amazon's Global Real Estate & Facilities account. This strategic role sets performance standards across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, aligning them with business objectives and industry best practices.
The position oversees a vendor‑management team, engages cross‑functional stakeholders, and leads continuous‑improvement initiatives to optimize supply‑chain efficiency and operational excellence for a critical global partnership. It also manages supplier risk, contract activities, onboarding, COI compliance, and global reporting on contracts, cost savings, and performance dashboards.
- Develop and implement supplier performance management processes aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and quality teams to ensure global process adherence
- Facilitate regular stakeholder communication on performance expectations and outcomes
- Identify and address supplier performance issues, creating risk‑mitigation and corrective action plans
- Review and improve process effectiveness to drive operational excellence
- Manage contracting and KPI approvals for all Managed Agent contracts worldwide
- Oversee sourcing data reporting, including global cost savings, contract validation, and remediation
- Design and deliver training programs on performance management tools and metrics
- Stay abreast of industry trends to incorporate relevant process improvements
- Lead a team of 10 analysts and managers to meet delivery requirements
- On‑site work in Seattle, WA, Monday‑Friday day shift

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and have at least five years of experience in supplier performance and process management within procurement or supply‑chain functions. Strong analytical, communication, and team‑leadership skills are required, with preferred qualifications including a master’s degree, global experience, facilities‑management background, and relevant certifications.

- Demonstrated team and project management capabilities
- Master's degree in business, supply‑chain management, or related discipline (preferred)
- Experience managing supplier performance across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions (preferred)
- Background in facilities management or real‑estate services supplier management (preferred)
- Certification in supply‑chain or procurement (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) (preferred)
- Experience with Amazon or large‑scale corporate clients (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of performance measurement frameworks and continuous‑improvement methodologies (preferred)
- Experience developing and implementing global training and education programs (preferred)

The role is based on‑site in Seattle, WA, with a Monday‑Friday day‑shift schedule and an estimated total compensation of $143,600 – $180,000 per year.
