A notable acquisition in 2021 highlighted their strategic capabilities.
Headquartered in Seattle with offices in Las Vegas and Denver, it operates across more than 23 states.
Their acquisition strategy focuses on value-add commercial retail — buying well-located assets and infusing them with capital and management expertise.
Projects range from grocery-anchored power centers to open-air shopping plazas in mid-sized U.S. markets.
Built on an entrepreneurial ethos, they combine disciplined underwriting with intense property management to unlock hidden value.
A standout fact: they operate their own property management and construction teams in-house, offering total control and speed.
